A travers la Caritas Corona-Helpline, les personnes qui ont du mal à faire leurs achats, payer leur loyer, leurs factures et leurs dettes et qui se sentent seules avec leurs problèmes, pourront trouver du soutien.
En contactant la Caritas Corona-Helpline les personnes seront écoutées, conseillées, orientées à travers les différentes structures d’aide et, si besoin, aidées matériellement et financièrement, ce grâce notamment à la générosité des nombreux donateurs.
L’accompagnement est proposé en plus de 10 langues. Les demandes d'aide seront traitées en toute confidentialité.
