Am Mäerz 2021 huet d’Gemeng Stroossen de Projet PINSS (Projet d’INclusion Sociale Strassen) lancéiert, dëst op Initiativ vum zoustännege Schäffe fir Sozialpolitik, der Madamm Betty Welter.

PINSS ass e soziale Projet, dee fir d’Ëmsetzung vun Integratiouns-Ateliere steet un deene Léit deelhuelen, déi de REVIS (REVenu d’Inclusion Sociale,fréier RMG) kréien an déi vun den Offices sociaux vun de Gemengen Stroossen, Stengefort a Mamer begleet ginn.

D’Haaptaspekter si fir de Léit d‘Méiglechkeet ze ginn:

• hir Situatioun ze stabiliséieren;
• hir individuell Kompetenzen a Fäegkeete kënnen anzebréngen an ze valoriséieren;
• hirt Selbstvertrauen ze stäerken;
• hir sozial Isolatioun ze reduzéieren;
• se aktiv um soziale Liewen deelhuelen ze loossen.

D’laangfristegt Zil ass et d’Léit un eng adaptéiert Affektatiounsariichtung respektiv un den éischten oder zweeten Aarbechtsmarché hei am Land weiderzeleeden.

Am Ufank war de PINSS am Schoulgebai « Hueflach » (rue du Cimetière) ënnerbruecht mee ass am Mee 2024 an d‘Haus n° 73 rue des Romains hei zu Stroossen geplënnert (fréier bekannt als « Maison Kohnen »).

Op Basis vum Prinzip vum « ReUse / Réemploi », sinn de gréissten Deel vun de Miwwelen, Materialien, Handwierksgeschier, asw entweder second hand oder recuperéiert (z.B. aus Recyclingzenteren). Och si verschidde Renovatiounsaarbechten (Ustrach, kleng Reparaturen, asw) vun de Léit aus dem PINSS gemaach ginn.

Momentan ginn et fënnef Integratiouns-Ateliere :

• « Kichen Anti-Gaspillage », schafft sou wäit et méiglech ass mat Liewensmëttel déi net méi verkaf konnte ginn oder wou den Haltbarkeetsdatum kuerz virum Oflaf steet;
• « Pâtisserie Anti-Gaspillage », schafft sou wäit et méiglech ass mat Liewensmëttel déi net méi verkaf konnte ginn oder wou den Haltbarkeetsdatum kuerz virum Oflaf steet;
• « Holz Upcycling », schafft mat all Zorte vu Récup-Holz wéi Palletten, Skateboarden, Wäikëschten, asw;
• « Bitzen Upcycling », schafft mat all verschiddenen Zorte vu Récup-Stoff wéi al Jeansen, Stoftreschter, alen Nappen, asw;
• « Kreativ Upcycling », schafft mat all Zorte vu Récup-Material wéi ale Pabeier, Wäistëpp, Wollreschter, asw.

En mars 2021, la Commune de Strassen a lancé le projet PINSS (Projet d’INclusion Sociale Strassen) à l’initiative de l’échevin en charge de la politique sociale Betty Welter.

Le PINSS est un projet social visant la mise en œuvre d’ateliers d’intégration auxquels participent des personnes bénéficiaires REVIS (REVenu d’Inclusion Sociale, anciennement RMG) suivies par les offices sociaux des communes de Strassen, Steinfort et Mamer.

Les aspects principaux sont notamment de donner à ces personnes l’opportunité :

• de stabiliser leur situation;
• d’apporter et de valoriser leurs compétences et aptitudes individuelles ;
• d’augmenter l’estime en soi ;
• de diminuer leur isolement social ;
• de les faire participer de manière active à la vie sociale.

L’objectif à long terme étant de les orienter vers un organisme d’affectation adapté ou voire même le premier ou deuxième marché de l’emploi luxembourgeois.

Initialement hébergé dans le bâtiment scolaire « Hueflach » (rue du Cimetière), le PINSS a déménagé dans la maison n° 73 rue des Romains ici à Strassen en mai 2024 (autrefois connue comme « Maison Kohnen »).

Basé sur le principe du « ReUse / Réemploi », la majeure partie du mobilier, matériaux et outils utilisés dans les ateliers sont de deuxième main ou bien récupérés (de centres de tri p.ex.). Certains travaux de rénovation (peinture, petites réparations, etc.) ont été exécutés par les participants du PINSS.

Actuellement, cinq ateliers d’intégration sont en place :

• « cuisine anti-gaspillage », travaillant le plus que possible avec des aliments invendus ou à date courte, récupérés de commerces locaux ;
• « pâtisserie anti-gaspillage », travaillant le plus que possible avec des aliments invendus ou à date courte, récupérés de commerces locaux ;
• « bois upcycling », travaillant avec du bois récupéré de toutes sortes (palettes, skateboards, caisses à vins, etc) ;
• « couture upcycling », travaillant avec différents types de tissus récupérés comme des vieux jeans, restes de tissus, vielles nappes, etc ;
• « créatif upcycling », travaillent avec toutes sortes de matériel récupéré tel que restes de tissus, chambres à air vélos, papier, bouchons de vin, etc.

In March 2021, the municipality of Strassen launched the PINSS project (Projet d'INclusion Sociale Strassen) on the initiative of the alderman in charge of social policy, Mrs. Betty Welter.

PINSS is a social project aiming at the implementation of integration workshops for REVIS beneficiaries (REVenu d'Inclusion Sociale, formerly RMG) who are followed by the social offices of the Strassen, Steinfort and Mamer municipalities.

The main aspects are to give these people the opportunity to:

• stabilise their situation;
• contribute and enhance their individual skills and abilities;
• increase their self-esteem;
• reduce their social isolation;
• get them actively involved in social life.

The long-term objective is to orientate them towards an appropriate placement organization or even the first or second job market in Luxembourg.

Initially housed in the « Hueflach » school building (rue du Cimetière), PINSS moved to house no. 73 rue des Romains here in Strassen in May 2024 (formerly known as « Maison Kohnen »).

Based on the « ReUse » principle, most of the furniture, materials and tools used in the workshops are second-hand or recovered (from recycling centers, for example). Some renovation work (painting, minor repairs, etc.) was carried out by the PINSS participants.

There are currently five integration workshops:

• « anti-waste cooking », working as much as possible with unsold or short-dated food, recovered from local shops;
• « anti-waste pastry making », working as much as possible with unsold or short-dated food recovered from local shops;
• « wood upcycling », working with all kinds of reclaimed wood (pallets, skateboards, wine crates, etc.);
• « couture upcycling », working with different types of reclaimed fabric such as old jeans, leftover fabric, old tablecloths, etc;
• « creative upcycling », working with all kinds of reclaimed materials such as fabric scraps, bicycle inner tubes, paper, wine corks, etc.
