Décisions importantes de la séance du conseil communal du 12 juin 2025

Le conseil communal dans son ensemble s’aligne derrière la décision d’ouvrir une enquête publique dans le cadre de la procédure d’adoption des plans de lutte contre le bruit. Les citoyens de Strassen seront invités à soutenir le collège échevinal et le conseil communal dans leurs démarches auprès des autorités compétentes afin d’obtenir la mise en place prioritaire et concrète de mesures anti-bruit pour la commune de Strassen. Un formulaire de participation à l’enquête sera envoyé par courrier à chaque ménage et publié sur le site internet strassen.lu.

Le conseil communal a également approuvé la convention « MEGA-PLUS », visant à promouvoir l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes dans toute leur diversité au niveau local. Dans ce contexte, il sera organisé une diffusion publique du long-métrage Hors d’haleine, réalisé par le cinéaste luxembourgeois Eric Lamhène, sensibilisant aux violences conjugales. Cette projection aura lieu à l’occasion de l’Orange Week en novembre prochain.

Le conseil communal a également approuvé les subventions ordinaires d’un montant total de 150 000 euros pour la saison 2024/2025, destinées à 24 associations locales de Strassen. Un subside extraordinaire de 15 000 euros a également été accordée au Volleyball Club Stroossen pour sa participation à la Coupe d’Europe 2025/2026.

Important decisions from the municipal council meeting of June 12, 2025

The entire municipal council supports the decision to launch a public inquiry as part of the procedure for adopting noise action plans. The citizens of Strassen will be invited to support the College of Aldermen and the Municipal council in their efforts with the competent authorities to obtain the prompt and concrete implementation of anti-noise measures for the municipality of Strassen. A participation form for the inquiry will be sent by post to each household and published on the website strassen.lu.

The municipal council has also approved the “MEGA-PLUS” agreement, which aims to promote gender equality in all its diversity at the local level. In this context, a public screening of the film Hors d’haleine, directed by Luxembourgish filmmaker Eric Lamhène, will be organised. The film raises awareness about domestic violence and will be shown as part of the Orange Week this coming November.

The municipal council has also approved the allocation of ordinary subsidies amounting to 150,000 euros for the 2024/2025 season in support of 24 local associations in Strassen. An extraordinary subsidy of 15,000 euros was also granted to the Volleyball Club Stroossen for its participation in the 2025/2026 European Cup.
